If the download doesn't start automatically, then click
again on the name of the program on the download page.
The dialog that is activated when the download begins is
dependant upon your browser. You just click on the program
that you are using:

A tip for your first download

you download files from the web, you should first have a
download directory
in which you can store all your downloads (for example:
c:\ my files\downloads) - this will help you to keep track
of them.
