Dopefish

According to his creator, Dopefish is the second most stupid creature in the universe; he only thinks of swimming and eating - nothing else. (For more information on the stupidest creature in the galaxy, please see Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.) And this creature, which was originally the topic of a game, really acts the part. He swims around the screen and eats a little fish every now and then. After he eats each fish, he entertains the user with huge burp. There are tons of adjustment possibilities here. Besides the sounds, three types of background music are available, including a cover version of the music from Jaws, and the Fish Polka. The music is separate from the sounds, and can be turned off. The speed of the fish and therefore the eating habits of Dopefish are adjustable, too. Not only the eating habits of Dopefish have made him so notoriously popular, but also his appearance. His rise to cult status and other interesting stories about him are available on his homepage. The makers of Dopefish seem to have a lot of fun with him.
