Rise to Honor

Even though the PS2 game Spiel 'Rise to Honor' didn't get the best reviews concerning game length and replay value, it still makes for a fantastic interactive cinematic experience. Besides the extraordinary fighting sequences, there are also other very intricately designed scenes to enjoy. Some of the other impressive visuals include running across the rooftops, dashing through the streets, or maneuvering through smoky restaurants. Witnessing the design process of these shady locations is what makes this screen saver as great as it is. It's interesting for everyone - even those who aren't familiar with the game. Hand drawn sketches transform to a jumble of white lines, and then finally take shape as the intricately designed 3D pictures you'd expect from a game like Rise to Honor. Just watch as various scenes from the game are put through this process: dark alleys, dimly-lit rooms, and more. On a virtual nighttime flight over the brightly-lit sky-scrapers, you can use your mouse to change perspective and get a better look between the buildings. Asian neon signs on storefronts and rooftops add to the martial arts look of this game.
